Terms and Conditions

At PDP Collections, we are committed to ensuring that every customer is fully satisfied with their purchase. To support this commitment, we offer a comprehensive 30-day Money-Back Guarantee, reflecting our confidence in the quality and condition of our vehicles. We encourage customers to make full use of this reassurance, as our aim is to provide exceptional vehicles and outstanding service.

This guarantee is subject to the following terms and conditions:

Eligibility Criteria

This policy applies exclusively to used vehicles purchased through our online website and only when customers utilise our shipping services. To qualify for a return, the vehicle must be returned in its original condition, free from any modifications or damage. Please ensure that all vehicles are returned in accordance with these requirements.

We encourage customers to review these eligibility criteria carefully to help ensure a smooth and straightforward return process.

The 30-day Money-Back Guarantee begins on the date the customer receives the vehicle and remains valid for 30 days thereafter. The vehicle must be returned within this period to remain eligible for a refund. Customers are advised to adhere strictly to this timeframe to ensure a smooth and efficient returns process.

The 30-day Money-Back Guarantee for eligible vehicles is subject to a specified maximum usage limit, which may vary depending on the type of vehicle. Any vehicle that exceeds this usage limit will be deemed ineligible for return under this programme. We encourage all customers to review this condition carefully to help ensure a smooth and trouble-free return process.

We would like to inform our valued customers that PDP Collections will arrange and cover the cost of return shipping. All return shipments will be handled exclusively through our approved shipping carriers to ensure a safe and seamless process.

Upon receipt of the returned vehicle, our dedicated team will conduct a thorough inspection to confirm that it is in the same condition as when originally purchased. If any modifications or damage are detected during this inspection, a restocking fee may be applied on a case-by-case basis.

We are committed to providing a smooth and hassle-free return experience for our valued customers. If you choose to return your vehicle, please be assured that, provided it meets all eligibility criteria and successfully passes our inspection process, we will promptly issue a refund to your original payment method. Any applicable restocking fees will be deducted from the refund, as outlined below.

We would like to inform our valued customers that a restocking fee may apply to vehicles returned in a condition that differs from their original state. This includes vehicles missing parts or accessories, as well as returns made after the 30-day policy period. Restocking fees will be assessed on a case-by-case basis to ensure a fair evaluation, and will not exceed 10% of the original purchase price.

Please be advised that our 30-day Money-Back Guarantee does not apply to vehicles sold “as-is,” especially those personally inspected by the customer at our premises. We encourage customers to review this policy carefully when making their purchasing decisions.

This policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

By purchasing used vehicles from our company, customers explicitly confirm their acceptance of these terms and conditions. It is essential that all customers understand and acknowledge these stipulations before completing their transaction.
